WHSKRLY

The brand experience team at J&J partnered with our R&D division to create a test-and-learn around a new brand that would target the male skin health consumer: Whskrly. We had only a few weeks to develop concepts, iterate, and go into production on this completely new proposition. Our goal was to launch the brand internally during “Movember” to gain insights into how we could further evolve the brand.

As part of this team, I was in charge of art-directing the illustrations and photography, writing brand copy—including coming up with the name “whskrly”—and designing posters and other collateral for internal promotion. In addition to giving us great insight into how to create a purpose-driven brand from scratch, this agile, iterative approach set the tone for further collaboration with R&D and more test-and-learn projects.
